This property is in an excellent location in short walking distance to the beach, Docs Beach House, and Coconut Jacks Waterfront Grille. There is also a cafe conveniently located on the first floor of building one. The unit is very nicely maintained, beautifully decorated, with a cute balcony facing the bay. The unit has no common walls to any other unit on the same floor, and there is no noise from the traffic due to its positioning. The process of renting it and finding out anything we needed was facilitated so nicely by the owner, it was a totally pleasant and pain-free experience. Tracey welcomed all our inquiries and was very quick with all the answers we needed. The 2 pools and the tennis courts, as the entire property, are well maintained, the place is clean, the people are friendly, all the ingredients for a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a smooth experience and a very nice place to stay.
