Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Beautiful views and great location! The unit has an amazing view of the Gulf that makes it truly special. The space itself is comfortable and close to the beach, which we loved.
However, upon check-in we found the unit had not been properly cleaned — the floors were dirty, towels and sheets hadn't been changed, and basic supplies like toilet paper and amenities were missing. It was frustrating to deal with after a long day.
That said, the management team was responsive and apologetic, offered a partial refund, and had the cleaning crew come the next morning. Their willingness to make it right is appreciated.
Overall a lovely place with a stunning view — just hope the cleaning standards improve for future guests. Would consider coming back!

Location was great. Close to beach and two good restaurants, all very short walks. Check in process was very easy and communication with property manager was great.

By far, the beach view and quick access to the beach was the best part.The studio apartment was old, outdated, clean but still grimy, and lacked basic necessities such as tissues, more bathroom towels that aren’t paper thin, and better than the old outdated kitchenware. We even left a chaise lounge and cooler for the next guests. Hope they remain. The pools were ok but some of the chairs and chaise lounges have seen better days and were even rusty.
