About this house rental
Welcome to our lake front house, built in 2004 and enlarged in 2014 to a total of 2000 sqft, on the sunny side of Canandaigua Lake.
Located on a quiet, private road, this house offers 4 bedrooms, a living room and a very specious and open kitchen and eating area, enough room to accoomodate family and friends. Our home, with 75' of pristine Canandaigua Lake Frontage has all the modern conveniences you want, including central air, laundry facilities and is only 5 minutes away from all amenities and all of your shopping needs.
The water depth at the seawall is one foot dropping gradually off to the end of the dock with about five plus feet. It's ideal for kids all ages to swim, snorkel or just sit in the water. The dock comes with an 6000lbs lifting capacity electric boat hoist, without canopy cover and a 1200lbs capacity PWC lift with handwheel.
All of our interior is newly furnished. The first floor includes a full bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, modern and bright kitchen with its breakfast bar seating six, the living room and the dining area are overlooking the lake.
From the dining area you step out on the covered porch which invites you to relax on one of the comfortable chairs.
The second floor has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with each a bunkbed twin over full, one bedroom comes with a double size bed. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The masterbedroom comes with a queen size bed and its own full bathroom for a maximum of privacy.
The finished basement includes a TV which gives the kids enough playroom space.
Please note that for security and management reasons we have two (2) outdoor cameras installed. One is a door bell camera and the 2nd one is focused on the dock / deck area. We check on our house when it is vacant only, your privacy is important to us and is always respected.

The house was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do . Coffee on the porch overlooking the lake every morning was very relaxing.

This was an amazing property. Everything we were looking for. Beautiful clean house, right on the water, close to everything and a very accommodating owner. Would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Hopefully we are able to enjoy it again in the future.

The house was very clean upon arrival. We had a great time. The house is perfectly located close to everything and the view from the back porch is absolutely stunning, we gathered out there nearly every morning. We had family nearby and they came over for dinner a few times. It was nice and cozy, plenty of room for everyone. The only thing I would recommend is new mattresses for all the beds except the top bunks. Unfortunately, everyone woke up with back aches, but the house and view made up for the sore backs in the mornings. Our family spent amazing quality time together in this beautiful home. I highly recommend!
