The house was nice and people seemed nice to work with. The pool heater didn’t work. I had checked prior to booking on it and was told it did. I am assuming this is something be repaired for future guests or removed as an amenity from the listing. We selected the house specifically for that reason and templates

The good: House is nice, private pool, close to highway, lots of home amenities like dishes and pots and pans that I was not expecting. House just felt like a nice home.
The bad: Cant lower ac below 74 degrees and there are no ceiling fans, we bought a couple box fans from the dollar store for sleeping and it was fine. Also the power went out at 1030 in the morning 4 days into week long stay and never came back on. Never got a straight answer as to why, either way it doesn't really matter as vacasa moved us to a much worse place. Vacasa customer service gets a -5 rating, if something goes wrong I hope you have plenty of time to be proactive and make a lot of phone calls because no one cares. Expect ignored phone calls and severe lack of communication.
