With elderly access, kid-friendly decor, and a private pool, this is the home-away-from-home you've been looking for. Convenient to the highway, it's only a 14-mile drive from here to the Magical Kingdom. No busy hotels or crowded avenues for you - this neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

A single-family home, this is the perfect place for anyone with joints that don't appreciate stairs. The living room is set up with a big flatscreen TV where you can watch cable or one of a selection of DVD's provided on the DVD player, or just lounge around and listen to music on the stereo. A game room is equipped with enough to delight the children - a Playstation 3, board games, books, and a pool table. WiFi is available throughout the home.

The kitchen is easy to navigate and, in addition to all the necessary items, has some fun extras. Make the kids healthy smoothies with the blender while the adults enjoy fresh-brewed coffee, then slide the cooking utensils into to the dishwasher while everyone enjoys their meal around the table. There's a high chair available for smaller children. If it's a nice day, consider eating outside on the patio instead! Outside, in addition to the patio with a ceiling fan and cozy lounging furniture, is a private pool where you can beat the heat. Splash around to your heart's content, and soak in the connected whirlpool spa!

Along with kids, inevitably, come messes. Don't worry, we've got you covered; There's a private washer/dryer and three full bathrooms, so it's easy to keep everyone neat and clean! Let's not beat around the bush. We know why you're here - Disney World! Take pictures of the kids with their favorite cartoon characters, spend hours playing games, or get a makeover to look like a Disney princess! Adults, if you can break away for a bit, the area has phenomenal golf courses where you can work on your swing. After a few days here, you'll never want to leave this Disney World vacation rental!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
