Great stay with sunrise and sunset view every day

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with lovely view over the sea and easy walking distance to the beach, bakery, market, restaurants…The apartment has all we need for a comfortable stay with kids. The hosts are very kind!

A nice family run property 11km from Dubrovnik and 500m from Mlini harbour/beach

We liked literally everything about the property, the service and special care owners provided during our stay. Nice touches like fresh grapes or pastries as gift were especially touchy. 100% recommendation from us

We loved our stay such a special place ♥️

The apartment was absolutely ideal for what we needed it was spotless it had everything there if you wanted to cook it had iron and ironing board washing machine and the owners had washing powder and softener there! Plenty of towels and toilet rolls etc! The owners gave us homebaking every other day which was fantastic the hosts really made our trip!! And not in any way invasive they were on hand if we needed anything! We used the no 10 bus to get to Dubrovnik and also to cavatat which was only 2.90€ single! We also used the Water taxis from the harbour we recommended using the the water taxi at night going into Dubrovnik the lights and views are spectacular I think it was around 10€. We also used the beach club val di breno the beach beds are so comfortable this costs 50€ pp however you can use this back on food and drink which was amazing! We went in September and we had one evening and morning of rain but apart from that the climate was perfect! We also hired a moped from cavatat for a few days which was great fun.

It’s a pretty steep hill from the beach up to the apartment with a lot of steps. We are pretty fit so we managed it no problem however just bear in mind if you have mobility issues!

Mlini -> great place for chillout!

Wonderful place! Beautiful view from the terrace. The apartment has everything we needed. Mihovil even kindly offered us home-made wine and cake. It was a pity to leave!

Home away from home

Good communication before arrival, lovely hosts provided us with friuts from their own garden, as well as home-made cakes and wine throughout out stay. Good location with 3 min walk to shop, bakery, bus station to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. About 10min walk down to the beach, down the stairs but not too steep, several beaches to chose from (Mlini and Srebreno, even Kupari further 15 min on foot), good playgrounds for children. Beaches are nice pebble with some sand, our favourite was Mlini beach as there are no boats anchored there. Regulat boats go to Dubrovnik and Cavtat from both Mlini and Srebreno.

Kitchen and dining area were a bit small, but we used balcony for meals and enjoyed a beautiful view of the bay all the way to Cavtat.

Wonderful holidays.

A very fun place. Great view from the terrace. Comfortable well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Big fridge. A very convenient place for families with 2 + 2 children. Apartment with a comfortable bathroom with a washing machine. All devices are functional and comfortable. The beach is 8 minutes away. You can choose from three beaches Mlini, Srebeno and Kupari. The place is perfectly connected with neighboring towns. Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the airport. Bus line no. 10. Close to a small shop and bakery. Near the shopping center. Convenient parking is available on site. The owner was very helpful. A very nice family. Greetings to the owner of the mother and thank you for the delicious cakes, fruit and wonderful wines with which we admired the evening view of the bay. I recommend this place.

Exceptional

Very nice, clean and comfy apartment. It has a lot of facilities and everything you need in order to use them (for example powder for the washing machine, baking paper for the oven and so on). Distance to the beach is quite short, even though it's just stairs, it's not difficult at all. The whole house is actually very nice, with a lot of flowers around, and well cared for. We would recommend it :)

ottima accoglienza e posizione.

Casa molto bella, curata e confortevole. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Buona posizione per raggiungere le spiagge più vicine sia a piedi che in auto. A piedi dista circa 5 min (il ritorno è in salita!). Mare fantastico e limpidissimo. Dubrovnik è vicina ma meglio raggiungerla in auto visto il costo dei parcheggi. Mihovil e la famiglia sono molto accoglienti, meravigliosi i dolcetti preparati dalla zia!
