About this apartment rental
We fell in love with this condo and bought it and would like to share our home away from home with others who want a slice of this magnificent part of Orange Beach.
Our condo, Seachase West 1403, has the best views!
This stack of units in Seachase West Building is among the only ones affording TWO views -- of eastern sunrises and pure western sunsets! No obstruction in either direction. You can sit on the balcony and drink your coffee to the sunrise (or watch it from bed) and also sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Magnificent to stare at God's majesty and also the balcony offers utter privacy, which in Seachase is not always the case on the balconies. We think this stack is the best in the entire complex because of this!
Our condo is the perfect level in the building too. You hear nothing but gulf front waves and see the surf and sand!
Our condo is thoughtfully laid out. The Master bedroom is directly on the Gulf and has a large masterbath with a separate shower and tub. It is quite spacious. The master bedroom is designed for comfort and is quite large. It opens to the balcony.
We have a sleeper sofa in the living room along with comfortable seating for your group. The living room is laid out to maximize gulf front views! The sleeper sofa is a queen!
The back bedroom has twin beds and the back bathroom is two steps out the door to it.
Our kitchen has high end granite, cabinetry and top of the line cooks accessories. Crock Pot. We have a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
This condo is designed to make you want to stay for months because we intend to eventually live here and stay for months at a time.
Rates include one parking pass. A guest may buy a second one when they arrive.

We loved this condo in Sea Chase. Beach is beautiful with white sand, clear water and is not crowded. Pools were great! Never crowded our whole stay. The property and pools were very clean- grounds well taken care of. Very convenient location. We would love to come back!

The views were amazing!! It was very clean and plenty of room for my family of 5. Only con is that some of the tiles were loose/cracking on the balcony which I’m sure is to be expected with a beachfront property. Beach toys provided for kids were appreciated. Plenty of room at all of the pools for lounging and relaxing. Great location. Market across the street for groceries was convenient. Even though we were on the 14th floor, we didn’t have to wait long for elevators or luggage racks.

We loved our stay at SeaChase West! The condo was just as described with beautiful ocean views and very comfortable furnishings. We loved the location and proximity to all things to do in Orange Beach. Our only suggestion would be to work on some of the loose tile on the balcony. Other than that we will definitely be back!!

The experience was somewhat okay, elevators didn’t work only one did. The cleaning before us was horrible ! The property manager never replied back to us ! Sink broke so they had to come replace it .. overall it was an okay experience.
