About this apartment rental
Panoramic views of the Gulf waters from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony make this 1,400 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the eighth floor a wonderful getaway, comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs. The sunrises are stunning from this unit. For your enjoyment the balcony has a chaise lounge in addition to seating for four around the table. This balcony is the perfect place to sit in the shade while enjoying the ocean breezes, pelicans and beach life.
Inside you will find a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. Included are both a Keurig and a conventional coffeemaker, waffle iron, Instant Pot and new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In the laundry area you will find a full sized high capacity washer and dryer set. The living room is furnished with two swivel rocker recliners, a queen size sleeper sofa, and an Lg 65" 4K smart TV There is also a KING SIZED BED IN EACH BEDROOM. (Master bedroom mattress brand new as of Spring 2019.) Large, 50-inch smart TVs are located in each bedroom. The guest bath has a curved shower rod for improved comfort in the shower.
Other features include a stand alone ice maker to fill ice coolers, wet bar, bar stools, ceiling fans, brand new central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Excellent condo. Beautiful view. Very clean. Furniture looks to have been recently updated. Well-stocked kitchen. TVs easy to use. Fantastic beach. Convenient location. Only negative was a noisy icemaker, which wasn't a big deal. Perfect weather in the middle of winter helped make this visit about as good it gets. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed a this gem with my wife, 1 yr old and our friend and her 6 yr old. The proximity to the beach and area was perfect. The condo was just as the pictures listed it and everything was in clean working condition. We stayed in unit 802E and it was magnificent view from the living, the master bedroom and the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

both bathrooms need repairs. quality of bed mattresses need help. no blankets or extra linens. most rentals have basic laundry and dish soap. blender was broken.
