Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony allow amazing panoramic views. The Key West-style decor with tiled living area and bedrooms make this 1,420 square foot, two-bedroom, two bath fifth floor condominium a renter's favorite. Enjoy traditional dining in the dining area or take in unforgettable sunsets over a family meal on the balcony. New comfortable furniture and a smart TV were added this past year (2017). The smart TV allows access to your accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and many others.
Fully appointed kitchen features Mr. Coffee coffee pot and Keurig, George Foreman family sized grill, crock pot, electric skillet, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Only one elevator was working for 90% of our stay.Sheets don't fit the bed. There is a mattress topper which is very comfortable, but need bigger sheets. Guest bedroom says queen with trundle bed and pictures from one of the websites had a bunk bed shown. But it is a really a Queen size bed and it was not properly put together. My daughter had to try and fix it one night. Lights flicker in guest bedroom. Shower head in guest bath was clogged. Overall nice condo. Oh, and fire alarm went off one night and had to evacuate building. The one elevator not working was a big inconvenience. Will return to Seachase but maybe not 503E.

This property was one of the nicest we've ever stayed at. Orange Beach was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The views from the condo balcony were truly breathtaking! We hope to return one day.
