Studio in a beautiful holiday residence with park and swimming pool near the center of Juan les Pins and Antibes. Close to sandy beaches, entertainment and shops, everything is accessible on foot. Public underground parking, bus stop and train station nearby. The apartment is located on the second floor accessible by elevator. It consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen area, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a terrace. It offers you the comfort you need for a pleasant family holiday.
The studio is located on the 2nd floor and is suitable for a family with 2 children. It consists of a comfortable living room with TV, WIFI, a sofa bed (daily mattress thickness 20cm, 140X190cm), an equipped kitchen area (fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster ), a sleeping area with a bunk bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace overlooking the park of the residence. A swimming pool is accessible during the day at the foot of the building.
The accommodation is in a holiday residence ideally located on a hill between Juan les Pins and Antibes just behind the convention center. Everything is accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes, center of Juan les pins with its pine forest, entertainment, shops, restaurants and beaches but also the beaches of Ponteil and Salis on the Antibes side.

Bon accueil, le propriétaire est disponible. Nous sommes 2 adultes avec 2 enfants. Nous etions à l'aise. L'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la gare sncf de Juan les Pins. Il y a des rues où on peut stationner gratuitement de 8 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Le supermarché se trouve pas loin de l'appartement.

Appartement agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Accueil agréable par le propriétaire. Lit double très confortable (petits lits un peu moins bien adaptés aux adultes pour un bon sommeil).
