The location was excellent - within easy walking distance of both coastlines and the various shops, restaurants and the Old Town and with an excellent bakery for breakfast a 5 minute walk down the hill. The hosts were friendly and offered us a later check out at 11am as they didn’t have guests the following evening. There was even a steamer which was handy for getting creases out of our party clothes! The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. The air con worked which was very important. The garden was lovely. The place felt clean and well looked after.

The owners greet you to let you in rather than using a key box so you need to be considerate with letting them know your arrival time. A nice addition would have been a couple of coffee pods and milk in the fridge for a morning coffee. Also, nothing to do with the property but worth noting that there isn’t anywhere to leave your bags after check out if you have an evening flight (unlike a hotel with a concierge).

Emplacement exceptionnel, dans une rue sans circulation à part les residents, calme absolue au milieu du cap d'antibes.plages et juan les pins commerce , restau...toit ce fait à pied en quelques minutes.

Malgré que notre séjour n était que d une nuit ça doit être frustrant de voir la piscine et de ne pas pouvoir y accéder après je peux comprendre Peut-être penser à mettre une barrière pour délimiter vos zones privatives et le studio
