Fantastic family stay — mountain views, comfort, and convenience

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Engelberg. The view from the balcony was stunning — right in front of the mountains, with the Titlis cable car in sight. It was peaceful and quiet, much more relaxing compared to Luzern or Interlaken, which made it perfect for us. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the town and train station, with parks, groceries, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more — from oil, herbs, and coffee pods to dishwasher tablets and liquid. It was very clean, modern, and well equipped, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom and kitchen were especially nice. We also appreciated the little extras: swings right next door, a games room with table tennis (bats provided), and the host’s flexibility in allowing us to check in an hour early and check out an hour later. Communication was always prompt and easy, and instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. To top it off, the price was excellent for August — great value for money. My husband especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place — we would definitely stay again!

big apartment in secure building with a lot of parking space and big balcony. you feel your self in your apartment with the thing that the doctor put in the apartment. really like it

nothing absolutely horridness.

when we arrived the people at the so called "lobby" were completely unhelpful and couldn't speak English.after scrambling around for half an hour not knowing where to go and who to ask the land lady finally arrived and ambushed us into paying for washing the linen which was never washed and no one came to offer for the entirety of our 9 day stay. the washer and dryer included in the perks of this apartment was in a dingy basement for an entire building which has about 20 apartments and was never available. The apartment was for 5 people and only contained one bathroom which no one came to clean for our entire stay. it as also next to the train rail which we were not informed of. 0 out of 10 would never recommend to anyone spare yourself and don't book here. if we wanted this sort of service we would've stayed in an airbnb not a hotel apartment.

A fully equipped, very clean apartment that deserves 5 stars. Its location is excellent, overlooking the Titlis cable car. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The area is quiet and peaceful, with all the services a tourist might need.
