About this apartment rental

90 m2. More information by the provider: Cosy 3 room apartment (about 90 m2) on the 1st floor from a multi familial house. 5 min. (walking distance) to the center. The apartment is having a living room with fire-place (not for use), free internet, TV and Hifi system, a winter garden (can be heated in winter and opened in summer), big eating table and corner bench, nice kitchen with dish washer, microwave and flow. Two double rooms - one extra folding bed - only for children. Modern bath with Shower/WC. Seperate WC. Ski room. Washing mashine in the house. Garage and parking. NON SMOKING APARTMENT. Animals not allowed.
3-room-apartment on 1st floor: living room, 2 double rooms - extra folding bed, only for children, open kitchen, dining room, bath/shower/toilet. Seperate toilet.
