This condo is located directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Madeira Beach, 1.5 miles north of the famous John's Pass Boardwalk, where shops and restaurants are located. The first thing a visitor sees when walking into this 3rd floor condo is a expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. The privacy gate from the pool opens directly to your private beach. The crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico is a 150 feet from the property. The sliding glass doors of the living room and master bedroom open to the balcony with a full view of the Gulf.

We had a wonderful week! The condo was just as pictured and the ocean views were beautiful! Watched for dolphins each morning and admired the beautiful sunsets! The beds are very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and we love that you can now see the ocean from the pool! We will definitely be back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Arie Dam (Madeira spelled backwards). The best beach location with the condo closest to the water and the beach has never been too busy. Each unit we have stayed in has been beautiful and very spacious. We stayed in Unit 303 this time and everything appeared to be new with a fresh remodel. They have taken excellent care of this condo after the hurricane and almost have everything back to new like conditions. The pool is really nice especially after being out on the beach in the heat. The manager was super helpful with anything we needed for our room and the owner stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed to help make or stay exceptional. We plan on more visits to Madeira and will continue to use Arie Dam. Extremely easy to drive to this location and easy to get to all the things we planned to do while staying here.

The host was great and the property was very clean. Only issue was the elevator was out the whole week and we were on the third floor.
