DISCLAIMER: The neighboring resort "The Schooner Hotel," is expected to break ground around September 2026 & continue for about 14 months. During this time, there may be construction noise & debris from the construction site. Construction noise from heavy equipment is prohibited by the City of Madeira Beach between 10 pm and 7:30 am, Monday-Saturday, or anytime on Sunday.

Direct view of the beach with a couple of palm trees nearby, which was very appreciated. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. The hot tub was not working yet. The condo was very clean, was beautifully decorated and we loved every minute we were there. So comforting and relaxing. I would love to live there! It was quiet and the balcony was very enjoyable with two comfortable Adirondack chairs plus a table and chairs. We very much enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean and watching the waves roll in. Location was great as it was close to John’s Pass, several other great beaches and our favorite restaurant The Conch Republic. Appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Would love to stay here again..

Condo was very close to the beach, the view was amazing. Condo, Pool and property were very clean. Restaurants and shopping close by, will definitely stay here again!

Overall good condo. The temperature control not allowing you to adjust the a/c below 72* was very dIsappointing. It was very warm and humid. Family did not sleep well bc of the heat.
Property needs more bath towels. 4 small bath towels for a family of 4 doesn’t work esp w females. Property pool could use upgrade. Beach access was nice, condo very cute and clean. Approx 1.5-2 miles to John’s Pass.
