shops at walkable distance on the ground floor
room aircons need service . not cold enough. frequent power cuts exactly around 12.30 noon where only the aircon gets shut off. but the lights are on. maybe the host have programmed the shut off aircons alone which cost us uncomfortable .

The lobby is direct access to the family mart and also some some coffee shops for quick bites
The air conditioner ductings were old and the false ceilings have some brown mould patches.
