The character of the property and its location. The communications and willingness to help.
It might look as though I have put more on the negative side, which was not my intention, but that is because I have tried to be helpful about what could be improved and to also recognise that the issue with the lights was fixed promptly.
We had a lovely relaxing time at the property and thoroughly recommend it.
Some of the facilities were a bit lacking. For example, No toaster or kettle, no furniture on upper deck.. The electrics were a bit tempermental, flickering lights and some not working (although fixed promptly when notified).
