The property was located right on the metro pass and easy to access the beach and others comercial facilities. The apartment was clean and has AC which we appreciated. It has most of the things we needed and our stay was comfortable. We loved staying at this apartment, however, with minor renovation it can be way better.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and old, they make sound every time we move. If they change the beds it could be a much better apartment to stay. The bathroom door has a handle that doesn’t work, it can be easily fix and also improved the stay. There are a few minor maintenance that need to be done and the hotel could be way better.

Great location. Near beach, supermarkets and metro. Great facilities. Heaters and jacuzzi were great with cold weather. Wish I had more time here.

Some no essentials were in need of repair (did not bother wife and kids-so no issues) Flat on 4th floor-if you are with bags and not fit stairs are a problem (in fairness pre booking this info was available) No staff or owner were seen and we had to get entry instructions to get in. We did not have internet connections so we had some very anxious moments. The owner of Pepperoni Pizzeria next door came to the rescue. He noticed us and offered us his wifi password. We then could login to booking. Com messages and get the entry instructions. To the owner of pepperoni pizzeria. Muchos gracias Senhor. Ps.
