About this villa rental
Welcome to our Seascape Escape, newly furnished and newly renovated villa located across the street from one of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island. While the villa gives a true sense and feel of being on an island, its location is central to the restaurants and commerce of Forest Beach/Coligny Plaza and also provides great convenience being down the block to the world renowned Sea Pines Plantation (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina/The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment).
Seascape Villas sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There are two swimming pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths that wander throughout the island. At the beach there is a Private Beach Cabana exclusive to Seascape owners and guests. The Cabana includes restrooms and outside foot showers.
The state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances is next to the main living area that provides a great place to gather and relax. The sliding glass doors lead to ample deck space for an elevated outdoor living/entertainment area with a new gas grill & comfortable patio furniture.
Bedrooms: The spacious master bedroom suite is located on the third/top floor providing great separation and has its own outdoor sitting area / private balcony. It is furnished with a King bed, flat screen TV, his & her closets, vanity, plus separate shower room. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each room has a new Queen bed, plus the back guest bedroom has a twin bed.

We had to deal with 3 days of Tropical Storm Debbie, but very comfortable placed to stay. The rain didn't seem to stop people for going to beach or pool. Easy walk or bike to Coligny Circle area. Simple and quick walk to the beach. Condo had everything you might need. Grill worked great. 2 pools easy to access.

The location was great. There were 7 of us and we had enough space for everyone. My only complaint was that i had to clean the refridgerator and showers before we could use them. Hair and food in the fridge, built up soap scum in the tubs and showers.

House looks like it is out of better homes and gardens magazine. Very short walk to the beach. 2 nice pools on the resort
