Direkt an der Bahnstrecke, hört man leider ziemlich laut und raubt den Schlaf. Leider kein Nachtfahrverbot

This is the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were especially impressed that it has two separate bathrooms and toilets, all of which were spotless. We really enjoyed the view of the vineyards and the railway. It is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is also fantastic. We arrived by car and parked in the garage, and we didn’t use the car again until it was time to go home. We took the train to Cochem, and the station is just a 2–3 minute walk from the accommodation. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!! We absolutely loved our stay!

The house itself is nice, clean, and well organized, and we truly appreciate the attention to detail they have put into it, the heart hanging on the window, the paper flowers on the kitchen table, and the guest book are all thoughtful touches that we noticed and value.

Part of the amenities advertised (see the washer/dryer) when we booked have not been available as we reasonably expected. We were visiting from the United States for a two-month trip across Europe. Given the length of our stay and the nature of our travel, having access to a washing machine was not just a convenience but a necessity. It was one of the main reasons we chose more often to rent a house rather than stay in hotels, as it allows us to manage our laundry without needing to travel with an excessive number of suitcases. The listing indicated that a washing machine was available. At no point before or during booking were we informed that it would be shared with housekeeping or that we would need to reserve a specific time in advance. Had this been clearly stated, we could have planned accordingly, even picked a different accommodation. When we addressed this issue the host was totally dismissive, shifting blame to Booking.
