Zbyt miękki materac w sypialni/bliskość ulicy. Dla nas nie był to minus,ale każdy jest inny ;)

Obiekt znakomicie usytuowany - komunikacyjnie i widokowo; duża przestrzeń wewnątrz domku (ponadto balkon i taras); do Centrum Zakopanego naprawdę niedaleko (spacer), w pobliżu wyciąg prowadzący prawie na Gubałówkę; tuż obok obiektu przystanek dla busów, market spożywczy i karczma.
