The homestay is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good and near the shops. The interior is pretty too.

The price could be better. Rm540 for one night is quiet expensive.

Love how beautiful the property which exactly the same as the pictures. Really comfortable and love all the aircond installed to ensure that we dont have any issue with the temperature. Got discounts from the owner.

The rules are quite strict than the other homestay. Quite uncomfortable with the instructions given as soon as we check in. Madam Ti spend around 30 minutes to explain the rules to us. Really uncomfortable when Madam Ti said that we need to checkout at 12pm, but she will turn up at 11.30 am in front of the house and willingly to wait us just to ensure that we will checkout on time. Eventhough she was not coming on the next day, but we really felt uncomfortable and felt that the owner are not trusting us enough to checkout on time. Madam Ti also asked us to ensure that the homestay must be return the same as before we check in which i think, it was their part as we already paid the cleaning fee. As the guest, we knew that we should return the homestay in a clean state, but it is not our part to return it as how it was before ( meaning that as clean as it already can accept other guest after). We also afraid that our deposit (RM 300) will not be return as Madam Ti said that we need to return the homestay as clean as before. P/s: We already got the deposit back.

Generally clean. Air-conditioner in all rooms including living areas. Quite spacious. Can do laundry so helpful with kids around.

Not equipped for the number of guests advertised and booked. No distinction of child guests. Should be transparent that they go by head count. Lack of furniture: Beds, table and chairs, storage Only a few beds. 6 of us were sleeping on the floor with thin mattresses. One upper bunk bed is a safety hazard being near to ceiling fan. Only 1 room with cupboard. Others have a flimsy frame that can’t take weight. Limited place to put luggage and clothes. 6-seat dinner table. No extra chairs and table for the rest of the guests. No table and chairs in the kitchen.
