Spotlessly clean!! My god. Smells good. Nicely renovated. Comfy bed. Owner very responsive.
It's about the building itself. No sign board showing blocks(there are 3blocks), where is letter box, where is the ramp going up parking. We had some hassle checking in.. And go up to parking. Need to feedback to

Air cond is cold enough
Swimming pool too shallow. Unit sound proof not so good, can hear noisy sound from upper floor.

It's a strategic location as it's near to most of the malls. The WiFi is good, the room facilities are superb! Most importantly is the check in and out procedure was easy and simple. But make sure you double confirm with the owner as the procedures I
received from booking.com and whatapps were different.
The toilet may be a little bit far away from the second room. It's only one toilet has shower gel. It's a bit creepy when we reached there as the whole corridor was dark without the light on.

Very clean and tidy
It was very noisy at night. We can heard the noise come from up stair, piping. There was a mid night rain and the rain water go inside thru the windows gap.
