The ac and fan remotes was out of battery. Tripping hazard in the kitchen area.To much flies around the house.

The availability of the owner and his quick response.... The homestay was clean and tidy

This matter had nothing to do with the owner or the homestay.... My family members had checked in on the 23rd... as instructed..... In the early hours they received a call informing of the critical conditions of their father who was admitted to the Puterajaya Hospital with breathing difficulties. On the 24th they checked out.... I contacted the homestay owner requesting a cancellation for the 25th and 26th of December! Was informed that the payment was handled by Booking. com.... Ringing them, got in touch with an AI agent.... Is this a ploy by Booking. com to make money out of us.... My numerous request was not heeded.... I had want to speak to a human manpower but my request was turned down..... It was terrible dealing with an AI agent that couldn't help or assist me in solving my predicament... Shame on Booking.com.... Previously whenever I had an issue, the manpower was able to solve my problem.... I pray that Booking.com see my comments regarding their Al agent who couldn't help and just said" I am going to terminate the call" I felt very angry and frustrated... I would like Booking.com to track my conversation with the Al agent and see for themselves the setback it has created! Thanks for creating more trouble on my part! 😤😡🤬😠

the responsiveness of the host, eventho on many occassions, I asked questions late night before going there, he replied. And he also gave suggestions of places to visit and eat. When we were short of certain items, he was quick to respond and supply. That was crucial to us.

Being stopped at the guardhouse as this was a gated community. But that is a plus point from security point of view. and also the guards job. Data based Wifi was not the strongest in the area, The home provides unlimited free wifi tho. However, prefer a home based free router wifi (instead of a sim card method) where everybody can share without draining my hp hotspot battery.
