Could have been perfect

This apartment could have been the perfect one-night stop - it had more features and amenities than we even needed.

But in reality, all we were looking for was a clean bed and bathroom, and unfortunately, it failed on the basics. The bathroom was far from sanitary: hair of all sizes on the toilet, sink, floor, and even in the shower. On closer inspection, it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. We brought this up with the host, who gave us a polite, textbook apology but didn’t seem genuinely concerned. Even after we offered video proof, there was no interest in checking it. A real apology should come with at least a small refund. It’s not about the money - it’s about the gesture, and what it says about taking responsibility for your guests’ experience.

The apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need—and more—for a pleasant stay. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked, and there was even a washing machine and dryer in case of a longer stay. Overall, it was a bright, warm, clean, and beautiful apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable experience. The location was also excellent, just a few minutes from shops, the city center, and the market... We felt very comfortable there. Best regards, Sladžana

Great in all ways, amazing!

Very pittoresque location. The owner was very helpful, friendly and eager to help. The flat itself exceeds all expectations for the cleanliness, spacious and comfort there is. The sofa bed is quite spacious, easily accommodates 2 adults even. Very comfortable as the bed was too. Cosy, nice and fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and shower room. Overall the apartment is fully equipped and ideal to be used for a long or short stay by single persons, couples or even families, as we were (4 guests). There is a safe parking space too. Walking distance to a very nice, historical looking city centre where are many shops, restaurants etc. Definitely we will stay again when we will be in the area.

Very cute, cosy, clean, comfortable and safe. Everything close by and the most important good air-conditioner. Wish it was available for longer.. If I ever come back I will definitely like to stay here again. Recomend this place to everyone. Thanks again and look forward to coming back.. 🥰😉

O cazare excelenta la acest apartament.

Locatia este buna, cu acces usor cu masina si loc de parcare gratuit si sigur. Apartamentul este spatios, cu toate dotarile necesare, de calitate si in stare de functionare. Toate amenajarile si dotarile sunt ultramoderne si cu foarte mult bun gust. Pot spune ca apartamentul este la un nivel occidental superior. Felicitari proprietarului. Vom reveni aici de fiecare data cand vom veni in Sannicolau Mare.

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sie liegt nah zum Zentrum. Das Haus ist nicht direkt an der Straße, dadurch ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend, reagiert schnell auf Wünsche. Wir konnten früher einchecken, war ein guter Start. Vielen Dank.
