Sunsets every night are the best part of this house while enjoying your favorite beverage. This property enjoys views of the bay from the third floor (living room, dining room, kitchen) and two of the four bedrooms on the second floor have view from their deck as well. Could use a deep cleaning, fans and ac vents very dusty, grease around stove top, but overall we loved it.

We stayed at this property the week after Hurricane Beryl. The west end of the island was hit pretty hard but rhey recovered pretty quickly. We did not have wifi during our stay but it wasn't a major problem. The house was spacious and well equipped with necessities as well as lots of extras. Michael Jones stayed in constant communication with me up until the night before our check-in day and even gave us a chance to cancel with a full refund due to not having wifi and the mosquitoes were so bad due to the Hurricane rhe previous week. I wish the mosquitoes would not have been so bad so we could have enjoyed the Pointe West amenities we paid extra for. I also rented a golf cart which we barely used because we were swarmed by mosquitoes. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Mike for your patience and understanding.
