They let us have an early check in. They made sure we had adjoining rooms.
Beds are hard as a rock. The pool was small, but I knew that at booking.

Property was nice, but there was blood on the sheets on one of the bed and a pair of nasty shoes in the drawer. Breakfast--Need more staff to accommodate the number of guests. Way too long of lines and food was empty most of the time. Also you should add an additional 1 or 2 waffle makers.
The blood on the sheets that we didn't notice until THE SECOND NIGHT OF OUR STAY. Also, the nasty shoes in the drawer. Breakfast was not pleasing-- nothing stocked. Waited a long time for anyone working to refill. Line for waffles was too long. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast because the lines were too long and other non- hot items were all out.
