The house was the perfect size - larger than expected and the layout of the house is smart and allows friends to give each other space. The infinity pool is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views. We enjoyed using Pezula’s facilities, including the tennis court 800m away! We enjoyed The proximity to places. It felt safe.
The check-in process- receiving a lot of forms on the day of arrival electronically instead of at least a week prior.
Would have been a great personal touch to have a member of VIP come meet us in person to talk us through the documents received as well as guide us through the facilities - however, they were fortunately contactable.
The refundable deposit charge should be detailed on the site and included in the cost breakdown to avoid surprise charges.
The WiFi connectivity strength in the house could improve.
A generator or inverter & solar panels would have really taken the holiday to 10/10.
