The Baby Bahama LOWER Cottage is a boutique 1100 sq feet cottage which includes an extra-large covered deck. No streets to cross, directly on the beach. The booking is ONLY Vald for the amount of guests stated and registered in your booking, including any children. No day or night visitors or additional guests are allowed anywhere on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional guests or visitors over the stated guests need to be preapproved, and if approved, additional fees are required for the entire length of the group's stay. Our beach front cottage is fully furnished with 2-bedroom 2-bathroom of living space and sleeps from 2 up to 6 guests or 12 guests (when rented with upper unit VRBO Listing #437382). It has direct access to our beautiful white sandy beach and the Gulf of America. Large patio and balcony deck areas for entertaining, socializing, and even just relaxing. Listen to the waves of the Gulf and stare out at the beautiful views over the white crystal beach sands while you enjoy the sunsets. This cottage is fully equipped with just about everything you need, including linens and bath towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans, deck/balcony chairs, patio table w/umbrella, outdoor security cameras and more.
