Easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family.
Washing machine seems to be dated and needs to be replaced. It was very noisy and did not ring the water out of the towels good. This made it hard to get towels washed and dried in a timely manner. The only other complaint we had was the garbage  disposal in the sink had a very bad odor that smelled when we ran the water in the kitchen sink.

the staff was nice the house was beautiful and well stocked
we had no air for the first two days and the interior temp got almost 90
$$$$
