Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind—one featuring a cozy queen bed, and the other with two full beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. After exploring nearby Pier Park, just a 5-minute drive away, retreat to your room and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TVs available in every room.

→ Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.
→ For your safety and awareness, there a few exterior security cameras located at the front of the home. They are used for security purposes only.
*Important Notice: We strictly enforce the maximum occupancy of 6 guests in this unit. No visitors are allowed at any time—only registered guests on the reservation may enter. To ensure compliance, we monitor our Ring cameras and have a maintenance team patrolling daily. Violations will result in immediate removal. These rules align with city fire codes and are in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation!

Amazing place. It was super nice, and a very cute place in general. Beds were comfortable, had everything we need for a great stay. Host’s were amazing with communication on whatever we needed or even just checking up on us. Overall will book again for our next visit!
