We had a wonderful stay at this charming vacation rental. The home had such a warm, welcoming feeling and great energy from the moment we arrived. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the central air made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to relax, and we would definitely recommend it.

Very nice and responsive host. Very fast internet as advertised. Really close to Belleayre ski resort. Nice, warm and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. The host even had her excellent Baldwin piano tuned when she learned we planned to use it during our stay!

The beautiful farmhouse was spacious but cozy. Marty's home was very clean and well appointed. There were plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The home was close to Phoenicia Woodstock and Saugerties. Plenty of hiking and beautiful sites. We went to the Kaaterskill Falls. Marty was super helpful with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again!
