Beautiful log house in the Catskill Mountains with wood-burning fireplace, big open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, huge backyard..100% private. Surrounded by woods and gardens on a dead-end road with a stream down the road you can hear. Flat screen cable TV in 3 rooms! CELL PHONES WORK PERFECTLY!! Tons of gorgeous hiking, fishing, skiing, music venues, swimming, tubing, antique shopping, wonderful restaurants. Beyond peaceful. Garage is modestly renovated to serve as extra rec/game area.

There is a portable fire pit and also a beautiful stone fireplace indoors. Fans in every room, ceiling fan above king bed in master. Bed guards are available to use for toddlers and a booster seat, high chair , etc . Also have pet gate and kennel. Shandaken STR License # 2023-STR-AO-118.

Everything it’s described to be; quiet, private, well equipped, comfortably furnished. Cooking, grilling steaks, relaxing on the porch, enjoying coffee in the morning, building a fire in the fireplace in the evening, listening to the sound of a rushing stream below, really all we hoped for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for such a quiet, secluded retreat. The proprietor was readily available with helpful advice. By all means, stop by Milgiorelli’s for fresh produce, homemade foods, fresh cuts of steak!

all good but it said there was air conditioning and there was not was 80 degrees in the house with all the windows open at nite very hard to sleep
