Superb position. Literally in front of the house, you have a mini-market, a restaurant, a gelateria, free parking, and of course the steps down to the beach.
Not pictured in the Booking photos is the spiral staircase that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. It's very narrow and wobbles somewhat. The kitchenware (cutlery, saucepans, espresso moka, checking there was liquid in the lighter for the gas hob) could be updated. I know it's hard to get good quality kitchenware in a rental property but this would have meant for a better score.
