About this house rental
Some houses are on the beach but not all are beach houses. This is the Real Thing; built right into the dune. Step right off the deck onto the dune and a few more steps you're in the water! The beach front of the house has 40 foot frontage with all glass sliding doors, and windows. A great view from every room. The house has a private deck on the dune opening onto the grand mouth of the Chesapeake Bay /Atlantic Ocean and nine mile long beach! The dune gives some privacy from the beach but still affords a great view. There is short 10 foot sandy private path leading from the back of the deck over the dune directly to the beach. Perfect.
The main house has two bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms. And, are you visiting with friends . . . . During the summer season - there is an "in-law apartment" next door to the main house (separate entrances - totally separate rentals) that can be available for $150/night. CALL US TO RESERVE.
The Wi fi is strong! We offer a, "Smart" 55 inch 4k TV (hulu and amazon furnished) and lots of sea breezes! Only a mile away from the interstate with easy access to all points, Norfolk, VA Beach, Hampton, Williamsburg, even DC. Open, bright, airy, dune level, all one floor, ceiling fans and ac in every room. Fully equipped kitchen, gas oven and central heat. Some dogs ok with approval and pet fee.

Nice being right by bay, water. House was pretty basic. could use better kitchen items and more comfortable furniture. There is no way to lock sliding glass doors back of house from outside, just a wood 2 x 2 board inside to keep it locked.
