About this apartment rental
This is a great place to celebrate New Years with your family. Our condo is on the top of the mountain and close to slopes. The actual unit will be selected once you check in but they are all in reasonable walking distance to the slopes. Plenty of stuff to do at the resort that include multiple gyms, indoor pools, hiking, etc. of which you will get a free pass. There are also numerous paid activities that include: indoor water park, ice skating rink, snow tubing, go carts, golf, restaurants, daily activities and so much more! We have 2 spacious master bedrooms, 2 kid rooms with two twin beds each, and 2 pull out sofa beds. Good luck and we hope you can spend the New Year's Eve on the slopes. We are owners at Massanutten and have been for 30+ years. We would have normally banked our week or bought ahead but with Covid this year nothing seems to be the same. It was very late on the year and my family and I just wanted to get a way for a few days and thought to use VRBO. We booked a condo and it turned out to be in the Sumit area. The condo was recently renovated, very clean and nice views. The only thing we did not know from booking beyond which condo was that we were booked downstairs of a two story condo. This by itself would not be a problem however the family in the top condo had small children who ran and jumped constantly on the hardwood floors. They were let to play nerf darts in the hallway and stairs which made for a loud commotion if our TV was not on. In all though, it was a small inconvenience for a much needed time away. Massanutten is a four season resort with many things to do on property. We have enjoyed it for years and would reccomend a booking regardless of season.

The owners of the property were fabulous to work with and very accommodating! Walk 50 steps to the slopes!
