and a storeroom. The two balconies are facing south and west and equipped with sun loungers and a dining area.
For your car, there is a numbered parking space directly on the property. Bicycles and beach accessories can be parked in a belonging to the condominium bike shed.
In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
