The living area is equipped with satellite TV, hi-fi system and a sofa bed and a dining table with 3 chairs.
Through the living room you can reach the 2 balconies (east and south orientation) with views in well-kept green. The modern fitted kitchen has u. a.over a compact oven with microwave.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and modern bathroom furniture. The bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed (180x200 cm). In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
A parking space and a shared bicycle shed are available in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung in Zingst, 5min zur Fußgängerzone und auch zum Strand. Wir hatten an der Wohnung nix auszusetzen, außer das das Sofa abgenutzt war, aber hoffentlich bald erneuert wird.
