Charming, quiet and in the middle - our new, lovingly furnished apartment in the estate "De Fisher un sin Fru" leaves nothing to be desired.
Enjoy your Zingst holiday in 64 m² - holiday home and a patch of greenery on the doorstep.
The holiday home was built in late 2015 in a central, quiet side street. It combines contemporary living comfort in three rooms with maritime charm.
The spacious living room includes a high quality open kitchen and two terraces (small south-facing terrace with bistro table / large west-facing terrace with garden furniture). With a small holiday library and games collection, a rainy day can be fun for everyone. Wi-Fi is available. The two bedrooms offer with a box spring bed (1.60 m, grade 3) or a double bed (1.80 m, hardness 2 and 3, comfort height) different sleeping pleasure.
The bathroom ensures wellness with a walk-in and wide shower, a spacious vanity and hair and towel dryer. Towels are included. You will find in the storeroom space for your suitcases, an ironing board and iron, a small clothes horse and cleaning equipment. A private parking space next to the apartment as well as a shared bicycle room are at your disposal.
The holiday home on the ground floor is - except for a small step to the terrace - barrier-free for young and old. Each room has a window with insect screen. A floor heating (living room / kitchen, hall, bathroom) ensures well-being - even in the cold season.
In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
