Make memories to last a lifetime in this sunny ocean view home located in Yachats. Close to Cape Perpetua, hiking trails, shopping and dining. Just a minutes walk to the waters edge, Summershore is the best location for very easy tide pool access! The well appointed kitchen and great room, surrounded with windows and amazing ocean views are super for entertaining and family time together. Electric fireplaces in both the main living room and downstairs den add to the ambience of this beautiful home.

With three bedrooms and three baths, there is plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The master bedroom with ensuite bath boasts a comfy king bed. A second bedroom with a king bed and a bath in the hall is perfect for a little added privacy. Downstairs on the entry level is the den with a bedroom and bath, perfect for the kids! Watch Netflix or stream other apps on the flat screen smart televisions when the sun goes down.

The garage, with ping pong, foosball and cornhole, is the perfect spot for a rainy day. At the end of the day, gather together by the fire pit and enjoy the sunset while you make plans for another day full of seaside adventures!

What a great place to stay! It was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked (be sure to bring your spices if you plan on cooking, however) and had all of the dishware, pots/pans and gadgets that we needed! The layout was great for our family and we had fun with the ping pong table! We also really enjoyed the backyard space, as it was sunny for most of the day. It was a nice reprieve from the windy days at the beach! We also caught some beautiful sunsets from the living room! We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing your wonderful home!

House was perfect for our family.Only suggestion is to get rid of the questionaire upon check in. It was really annoying, given the fact all the questions were completely redundant. Not a good way to start a vacation when I really just wanted to hang out with my family.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed... even two types of coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. The street was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed tide pooling at sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home choice for our 3 night beach vacation! The home is spotlessly clean & very well appointed. We enjoyed our home cooked meals with views of the ocean.The fully fenced landscaped yard made our early and late dog walks convenient and safe. Three generations spent the week together at this lovely home. It was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and a nice large dining table for game night and dinners watching the waves roll in. The garage game area was fantastic and the large fenced in back yard was great for sitting around the campfire. Close enough to walk to the beach or the market but on a short dead end road so we felt removed from town and traffic. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need as it is wonderfully equipped. Three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a view of the ocean, two gas fireplaces, large, open kitchen, and a two minute ride into town. We would stay here again and again and again

We were very pleased with our stay at this house...the size of the home and the lot, the accommodations, the VERY well-stocked kitchen, and the yard was a huge plus! We also loved that we were so close to the ocean - we had a wonderful view, and we could listen to the surf all night. The only slight issue we experienced was the washing machine leaking when we tried to do some laundry...aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Our extended family, group of 8 ranging in age from 15 to 75, stayed at Summershore for three nights. The house was the perfect size for our group, with enough space to spread out when we needed and come together when we wanted. We enjoyed foosball and ping pong, made s'mores in the evenings with a fire in the yard and had a wonderful view for coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is very well appointed (just know to bring your own oils, spices and condiments). The dining table easily fit everyone, and we could play games there after dinner. A trail and oceanside road at the end of the street makes for an easy walk into central Yachats, where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants and some cute shops. All in all, this was a wonderful getaway and this house was exactly what we needed.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful picture window views of waves crashing the rocks from primary bedroom, to woods views in lower bedroom and secondary upstairs bedrooms. There was plenty of separate living space for all, too. We also really enjoyed our evening picnic and fire pit time on our last night!

This is an exceptional property and one of our favorites! The home is lovingly cared for and had been outfitted with just about everything a family and friends would need to enjoy all that Yachats has to offer. The location is right on the Oregon coast trail and we walked both north to town and south to the Amanda Statue. The view of the ocean is fabulous for spout seeking or just relaxing. The finished garage is great for games. The split of living above and below gave our teen a place to hang on his own. And our dogs appreciated the fenced in yard when they were resting after running on the beach. We hate to review this gem for fear we won't get it again! Please note there is a required flight of steps indoors from the ground level to the main living, kitchen and dining area.

My family and I took my 80-year-old mom to see the King Tides. This house was perfect for us. The VIEWS are phenomenal. The house is set up great to gather or space to yourself. Beds were super comfy. Foot noise from above when your downstairs is a bit noisy but other than that, this place is a perfect 10. We can't wait to come back.

Unexpectedly the owner has paid significant attention to all house details. The house is lovely with spectacular views! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. My stay was simple, quiet, restful, and productive. The upstairs windows and looking out to the ocean felt like an elevated tower. It was fun and a pleasure to cook while looking at the sea. This was one of my favorite VRBO properties. We loved Yachats! We fell asleep listening to the waves. We could walk to the beach in Yachats and would frequently see seals there. We visited Thor's Well, Cape Perpetua, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and Devil's Churn. It was a wonderful trip, and we plan on returning.

It worked out perfectly for our family. We had a 2 year old with us and the gate at the top of the stairs was a necessary feature. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The overall property was clean. Plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Staying at this property was a great experience and would stay there again.

Booked this trip to enjoy the coast with my family visiting from Europe and it did not disappoint. The house was in a great location outside of Yachats and had everything we needed. The house is spacious for 5 adults and one infant, the beds were all very comfortable, the house was very clean and the kitchen well appointed. Couldn’t have been better!
