Freshly decorated and fully furnished for a home away from home this property welcomes everyone
Three bedrooms with a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. Super quality bed linen fitted between all guest visits and additional bedding also available
The kitchen is a large open plan area with all the facilities required including fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven / hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the essentials required in a kitchen. A separate utility area has the washing machine and vacuum
The garden is large at both the front and back. Ample parking at the front and a large contained back garden with a large table setting with chairs and a comfy outdoor sofa.
Wireless internet is available at the property and the smart tv is compatible with all streaming services.
A new and efficient air con is in the living room and the bedrooms have ceiling and pedestal fans in them so the house is kept nice and cool
Located beside the Freeway it is easy access to all areas of Perth by car. 100m around the corner there are bus stops to the wonderful nearby Leederville strip with train station and onward to Perth city centre in one direction and to nearby Glendalough train station and onward to Scarborough Beach in the other direction
50m from the front door is the wonderful child & pet friendly Brittania Reserve and a further 50m gets you to the beautiful and serene Lake Monger
If you search the internet for trendy and popular inner city Perth suburbs you’ll find Leederville and Mount Hawthorn there. With great bars, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops as well as boutiques and shops there is something for everyone and the location one suburb away from the CBD and easy access to all of Perth, including the wonderful beaches of Perth, they remain highly desirable suburbs

Nice quaint home for our visit,it was just a few blocks away from our friend's home! The only thing I found odd was the "half" shower door, a shower curtain would probably work better. But that was it, everything else was great!! Would stay there again!
