No aircon in second room qas the only issue.

It was clean, beds were comfy
The actual complex seemed very old and messy with what seemed like a lot of renters and there was the lingering smell of backed up pipes most likely due to the number of homes in the complex

Near to a beautiful park. Good space with all amenities provided. Bus right at doorstep. Q
Overall conditions could be better - toiletries, soap, toilet paper, rubbish bags, laundry detergent were not sufficient for the 2 week stay. Found 4 cockroaches on different days in the property. Floor was generally sandy - could not walk barefoot in the house.
