The Lodge sits on a private, river front lot. Neighbors are nestled beyond the tree lines and our Toccoa River Cottage is across the way from the Lodge. The Cottage and Lodge are separated by a yard, creek, and line of trees.
There is NO refund of the payment processing fee upon booking. Once you book, no matter when a cancellation may be made, the processing fee of 3.5% will never be refundable.
If you are booking more than 90 days in advance, you will be charged a 25% down payment at booking.
Must be 25 years of age or older to book and be present throughout the reservation.
Guest must contact owner for details regarding parties and events. Guests may not host an event without approval- extra fee applies.

We had a phenomenal time staying at this house in Blue Ridge! Twenty-four of us fit very comfortably and got great use out of the game room, theatre room, and kitchen. The location of the house along the scenic railway on the river made it a very peaceful atmosphere. We had a lot of trouble with the outdoor market lights but the lights inside of the house are well labeled and easy to navigate. I would recommend also booking the cottage at the same time for added privacy and fridge space!Overall we would stay here again and greatly enjoyed our time. Both Larry and Sarah were very helpful during our stay.

Excellent stay at the lodge. House was perfect for our family of 21. Downstairs plumbing gave some concern but owner addressed it promptly Hope to return

The home is a beautiful place to relax. We utilized every aspect of the home-the dock, the firepit, the outside seating areas, the theatre room and the games. We loved the large kitchen having room for several cooks to move around and everyone being able to sit together at the large dining counter. We ended up with only 15 people instead of the over 20 orginally planned for. However, if everyone had come, we would have been on top of each other. We occupied all the beds except for 2 ; so I don't know where everyone would have slept. Sarah was very gracious to answer all of my questions which I very much appreciated. I would definitely enjoy another visit to the lodge.
