Featuring 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, it provides year-round entertainment for all ages.
Exceptional Accommodations
The main floor boasts a massive stacked-stone fireplace and a dining table for 22 guests. With five main bedrooms each with a king bed, another king bedroom, and two bunk rooms with four queen beds each, the lodge is ideal for large gatherings. This blend of luxury and rustic design ensures a comfortable stay for family gatherings, corporate retreats, or friends wanting quality time together. Sleeps 33 based on 2 people per queen and king beds, and 1 person per twin and sleeper sofa.
Entertainment
Enjoy multiple living areas and a covered party porch with an outdoor fireplace. Engage in lake activities like kayaking, canoeing, and swimming, or stay entertained indoors with a sports bar, pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, hot tub, and arcade games. Rain or shine, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. (While we do our VERY best to keep all of our arcade games working, we do not guarantee.)

Located in North Georgia, the lodge is surrounded by outdoor activities. Enjoy whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, zip-lining, a scenic railroad, and top-notch trout fishing. For relaxation, visit nearby vineyards for award-winning wine tours and tastings.
Convenient Location
Between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, the lodge is a 10-15 minute drive to either town. Explore shops, restaurants, art galleries, wine bars, and breweries. Whether seeking adventure or relaxation, this location has something for everyone.

• Maximum occupancy: 33 registered guests only
• No overnight visitors
• No weddings, parties, or events with extra guests without prior written consent.
• No smoking and no pets
- Typically, four-wheel drive is not required to access the property. However, during the winter months, weather conditions can change quickly. In the event of snow or ice, we strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle equipped with four-wheel or all-wheel drive and using appropriate caution.
Parking - 8-9 cars no RV's, boats, trailers

• Excessive noise or complaints may result in cancellation without refund
Children & Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Property includes open water, watercraft, bunk beds, and a fire pit

• Private lake is for non-motorized boats only
Mountain Environment
• Home is located in the mountains
• Pest control is provided, but bugs or wildlife may be present
• Trash attracts animals — bag all trash and place in bins immediately
• Trash service is provided after each stay; notify us if bins fill during your stay

• Amenities are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance
• Temporary amenity issues do not qualify for refunds

First of all, it’s in a beautiful spot. The lake and the view of the lake is nice to wake up to. The house has a very relaxed, chill vibe to it, which is good. It was comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there.

We stayed here for my wife’s 50th Birthday with 28 people. This home is amazing the views, amenities, recommendation for caters, florist. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Heather was an exceptional host and kept us up to date and always willing to help. All of my family and friends were planning the return visit before we left. Thank you so much
