Lovely private getawayWe had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, private property. It truly is a lovely place. The only minor challenge we faced was regulating the temperature between floors, as the upstairs tends to trap heat, leaving the lower levels quite cold when the AC is running. Even with that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Even though there were houses fairly close, the property felt secluded and was extremely quiet. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with needed items. The only issue we had was getting enough air upstairs to the bedrooms in order to be somewhat comfortable; in order to do this it was freezing downstairs most of the time. But overall it was a beautiful house, the numerous tables where very useful for a family of 13. We can't wait to return for next years family vacation.

WE love the area and Pickerel Lodge was perfect for us. there was 14 of us and we had plenty of room. THe kitchen had everything we needed.I really liked that there wasn't 50 steps down to the waster. the young ones loved fishing off the dock. the 2 tables for meals was so nice. we could all eat together'
