All three units were nicely furnished, clean and kitchens well equipped. It would be nice to have foil or saran wrap and/or cooking spray. Road noise on one unit was bad. There are fans for white noise. Host were very responsive and charged an additional cleaning fee for moving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Suite. This oasis within Kerrville truly is close to everything you may want for stores while feeling like you are out in nature. During our stay we were the only ones on the property which made it nice a secluded. We enjoyed watching the deer, ducks, squirrels and turtles on the property as well as walking across the street to enjoy access to the river front trails. The suite was very clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary items for preparing food. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Cottage By The River was a perfect location for me. The cottage is conveniently located right on the Guadalupe River and the Texas Walking Trail. I work from home so WiFi is important to me and it worked well for my entire stay. Kerrville is also convenient located to Hunt, TX and the summer camps and Fredericksburg and Luckenbach. A great way to get a taste of the Texas Hill Country food, fun and music scene. I will definitely be staying again in the Sunrise Suite!

My wife and I stayed in the Sunrise Suite in Kerrville for 3 nights. Everything went very smooth from booking to check-in. The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed a peaceful stay. Used the fire-pit down by the river for 2 of the nights. That was a fantastic amenity and they provided plenty of wood. The suite was very clean and comfortable. JT and Trissa are excellent hosts! They were more than willing to work out an option accommodating our special needs during our last-minute add-ons as a result of Christmas. The property is centrally located in Kerrville with backyard access to the Guadalupe River. The sunrise every morning was superb. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and eating a late brunch. The common laundry facilities are well stocked and take one hassle out of packing for a holiday here. I highly recommend this rental when in the area for a holiday.

We had the best of both worlds , close proximity to all the city had to offer plus there was a nature trail so we could walk every night and saw deer, a skunk , birds, bats , fish , turtles , plus beautiful butterflies and dragonflies . It was a great little place to unwind and enjoy

My husband and I are in are early 60s. We stayed in the Sunrise Cottage and had a wonderful time. We stayed for 4 nights. The cottage itself is very well thought out and perfect for two people. It feels very private which we had some concern about because it is connected to the main house. The cottage has a private porch and there are multiple outside areas to enjoy. It is just across the road from the walking/biking trails on the Guadalupe. We enjoyed cool morning bike rides. It is very close to restaurants near downtown Kerrville.

We stayed 30 days in sunrise cottage. It was so cute and well maintained. JT and Trissa are very nice and are very accommodating with any issues we may have had. Although we Never had any issues just needed information. This is located on Guadalupe walking trail. It is beautiful and has everything you could ask for. If you need a place in Kerrville this should be the place, we loved it!

Idyllic location on the Guadalupe River just steps away from the trails of Tranquility Island & the nature center! Outdoor amenities include a easy grade down to river with 4 seating areas and 2 fire pits, outdoor grill, smoker, steps into River and concrete ramp for kayaks. Owners supply kayaks, life jackets and bikes. There is ample off-street parking as well. The interior of the cabin is luxurious yet comfortable with great A/C, WiFi and streaming TV. The owners are onsite, welcoming & friendly yet unobtrusive. Pride of ownership shows throughout this lovely property with attention to ALL the details! We LOVED our stay & will return!
