About this apartment rental
Beautiful refinished condo with unobstructed views of the beach, gulf and sunset. The oversized balcony, with sliding glass doors from both bedrooms and living room is perfect for celebrating sunset with friends and champagne. This unit directly overlooks famous tigertail beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. This private complex features a tennis club and newly added PICKLEBALL courts! There is a 160 slip marina if you choose to bring a boat. The beach is right outside the door- convenient for early morning shelling enthusiasts.

Joseph is a very personable and attentive host. There were a few minor issues and Joseph promptly resolved them. The location of this unit could NOT have been better, walk to beach, beautiful pool and other amenities on the grounds. AND, Yes, the sunset view is spectacular. The unit is situated minutes from most shopping and restaurants, you can even walk to some if you'd like.The unit layout is comfortable, with plenty of living space, kitchen space..........and an ample balcony, which is 30 feet long (plenty of space for a family meal and/or morning coffee). It is a great value for Marco Island.

Perfect property at an amazing location! Our AC wasn't working properly when we first got there and we got an immediate response and it was fixed quickly. Overall, great vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the place had all the necessities. The sunsets and the beach were amazing. Joe was very accommodating and responsive, I would highly recommend his property for a relaxing getaway !

Would not go during busy season . Would be way too crowded with size of pools and lack of more elevators. Condo needs desperately to be remodeled . Enjoyed pool except for a loudmouth lady who said she worked there and hung out at pool micromanaging everyone . Not sure why she’s paid to disrupt peoples vacation. Could not relax by pool because of her . She should be banned from pool area . Lastly we had no rules or directions in room or given by office aside from a gate code. More rules and directions need given .
