About this apartment rental
Available June 1 to December 31, 2026. Walk right out the door of Sunset House to Marco Island’s famous crescent shaped white sand beach. Enjoy the views of the Gulf from the balcony, living room and both bedrooms. The condo is in a much sought after, keyed access, mid-rise building with large heated swimming pool and pool deck (no fighting for lounges), private beach access, elevators, air conditioned interior corridors, luxurious activity room and lobby, outdoor grills, etc. Drive up to the building along the elegant palm tree lined driveway with stone pavers, to the circular area behind the elegant fountain in front of the recently remodeled stylish lobby where you will find luggage carts or grocery carts to offload your things for transport to the condo. Park permanently in your assigned covered parking space, one of the closest to the lobby. Take an elevator (hardly ever have to wait) to the 3rd floor and enter the condo from either the main entry door or door to the kitchen. Enter, the wide living room/dining area space. No “shot gun” narrow space feeling here. Think of Lucy’s apartment of the same era. The entire condo is on the beach side of the building so is shielded from any parking lot/vehicle noise. The split floor plan, a bedroom and bath on opposites sides of the living room, allows maximum privacy for guests. The large balcony accommodates a table for dining as well as a chaise. Plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. Sleeps 6 in beds when counting queen sleep sofa. Max. overnight occupancy is 7. A one month lease (30 days or 28/29 days in February) is required, but compare the rate with what you will pay for shorter stays at a weekly rentals overlooking the beach and Gulf.

Several issues arose when I first arrived but Dick was fabulous in taking care of everything. He was genuinely concern that everything was in working order and my stay was comfortable. He went above and beyond to order items I needed and had them delivered right to the condo. Great host, very responsive, lovely condo with beautiful sunsets.

Master bedroom & bathroom updated. Remainder of unit needs refreshing. Notation of broken recliner mentioned after arrival; yet, chair was usable. Plans are in order for new chair.
