About this villa rental
The property stands on a hillside with amazing and unblocked sea views, just 50 meters from the crystal blue water.
It's unique character and style, with the spacious rooms and elegant details, invites you to a haven of privacy, comfort and relaxation, resting only 1km from picturesque village of Plaka and 2,5km from the sandy beach of Almyrida.
This very modern and stylish villa has 3 levels.
At the main level of the house there is a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
At the upper level there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and big sliding doors which offer amazing views, from sunrise till sunset.
At the lower level there are 2 bedrooms as well, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles that can be set up as double if preferred. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms as well and all rooms have air-condition units.
There is direct access from all rooms to the exterior area, which includes verandas, balconies and garden.
The property is very well integrated in the natural environment, as it's initial design was based on the form of the ground. For this reason, the pool and the BBQ area are located in a lower level, creating a very nice atmosphere when you're relaxing at the pool or enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars. There is a neighboring villa which is also being rent through summer, however none of our previous guests had any problem with noise or privacy, as next villa's exterior areas are located at the other side of the house.

This is the second time we have stayed here now (also 2 years ago). The views are absolutely stunning from everywhere at the villa. The pool is great and very clean. The house is very big and comfortable.
Alex met us to check us in and gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants and was available throughout our stay. The local village Plaka is close by and its a 5 minute drive to Almyrida which has great restaurants on the beach. We will definitely be coming back here again!!

The views took our breath away every day. The location is out of this world. The panoramic sea views, the sound of the crickets, the mountains. The pool is a great size and there are many balconies and terraces to enjoy the views. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There are many towns within close driving distance and lovely beaches nearby too. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic week staying at this villa.
The views from every level of the property were fantastic and private.
The drive down the dirt road was easy and only a few minutes from the small town of Plaka which has 3 very nice restaurants in the town square.
You are only a 6 minute drive to the town of Almyrida, which had a great beach and some wonderful restaurants.
We loved the swimming pool which was great to relax or play in.
The check in with Alex was very easy and he provided tips on good restaurants and other beaches nearby.
The house was very clean and comfortable and was also stocked with some wine, bread, olive oil and a few other things.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Villa and we will definitely return in the future.
