Beautiful, 3 Bedroom Scottsdale Condo

The property was fabulous and well equipped. Our hosts were top notch and always available. Superb location. Totally recommend.

We had a great experience. Had to do a little cleaning when we arrived but overall was fine. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This condo was perfect for us. Cindy and Jamie were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Jack (their Dad) was our on-site landlord. He was so friendly and extremely helpful. It was great to meet him! As for the condo itself, great location. You are just about 10-20 minutes from everything...airport, Old Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, etc. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive. Lots of bike/walking trails. The condo is very clean and the pics are right on. 3 bedrooms (king & 2 queens), very comfortable beds. There are plenty of linens, towels (including beach towels). The kitchen has everything you need. The washer & dryer work great. We had an assigned parking space, steps from our door. There are 3 pools in the complex, but we only used the one closest to our condo (3 min. walk). It's a very nice, heated pool with a hot tub and gas fire pit. The people in the complex and those that gather at the pool are super nice. We made lots of friends! There are community gas or charcoal grills for you to use which are not far from the condo. The patio is small, but worked well for the two of us. I would recommend this place to anyone. We look forward to returning again in 2024!

Recently we lost one of our brothers in Mesa. We were unable to be there in June so we decided as soon as I was done working we would go to Arizona to visit family, not to go to Sedona or other places. The month went by too fast. Our condo was the most comfortable place to be when we came back from a visit with our other brother and sister in law or the family of my dear brother that had gone to heaven. Every morning we would wake up rested and relaxed because of the great beds. We had so much space that we wanted to take it home with us. A spacious beautiful condo where every room had character. Cindy and her family could not do enough for us, letting us know of any important issues. We could call home to see if our family were all OK and let them know that we were OK. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee and teas for our first day. We were close to any stores or restaurants. It was a quiet sub division where everyone respected each other. If we come back to visit family again, we will for sure ask Cindy if she has availabilities.
